Privacy Policy
Effective Date: December 15, 2025
Agent Velo, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “Privnode,” or “Provider”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data by complying with this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is intended to clearly explain how we collect, use, process, disclose, and protect the personal information you provide when accessing https://privnode.com/ (the “Website”) or using the Privnode API aggregation platform and related services (the “Services”). Undefined terms used in this Policy have the same meanings as those set forth in our Terms of Service.
Please read this Policy carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to all terms of this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide the Services to you, improve user experience, and ensure system security.
1.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily
When you register an account, configure the Services, or contact us, you directly provide certain information to us. This primarily includes your account registration information, such as your email address, username, password, and any name or company name you may choose to provide.
When you purchase Credits, we or our third-party payment processors, such as Stripe or Coinbase, collect necessary billing information, including payment details, billing address, and transaction records.
In addition, if you contact us by email or through customer support channels, we will collect the content of your communications and any contact information you provide.
In particular, when you use the API to send requests, the text prompts, files, and code snippets you submit, collectively referred to as “Inputs,” as well as the responses generated by the Services, referred to as “Outputs,” are processed by our systems. If such content contains personal data, that data will be considered part of the information we collect.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Website or call the Services through API interfaces, we use automated data collection technologies to obtain certain technical data. This data includes your device and network information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system version, device identifiers, and time zone settings.
At the same time, we collect usage data (“Log Data”), which includes API request timestamps, request paths, error codes, response times, number of Tokens consumed, and clickstream data.
1.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to identify you, save your preferences, and analyze traffic. We divide these technologies into three categories.
First, strictly necessary cookies are essential for maintaining login sessions, ensuring payment security, and enabling core functionality, and cannot be disabled in our systems.
Second, functional cookies are used to remember your language preferences, API configurations, and similar settings in order to provide a personalized experience.
Finally, analytics cookies are used to collect anonymized statistical data, for example through Google Analytics or PostHog, to help us understand how users use the Services and optimize them accordingly.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal information only where there is a lawful basis to do so, for the following purposes:
2.1 Providing Core Services and Account Management
We process your information primarily to perform the contract we have entered into with you, including processing API requests, routing your Inputs to third-party model providers, calculating Token consumption, and carrying out billing deductions.
At the same time, we use your contact information to verify your identity, send important account notifications, such as low-balance reminders and security alerts, and process password reset requests.
2.2 Service Improvement, Security, and Compliance
To maintain the stability and security of the Services, we analyze aggregated and de-identified usage trends to optimize API performance and routing algorithms.
We monitor network traffic to prevent DDoS attacks, crawler abuse, or fraudulent activity, and to detect violations of the Terms of Service, such as generating illegal or NSFW content.
In addition, we may need to process your information to fulfill legal obligations, such as tax filings, audit requirements, or responding to lawful requests from law enforcement authorities.
2.3 Statement Regarding Model Training
By default, Privnode does not use your Inputs or Outputs to train our own large language models. Unless you actively enable the “logging” feature or a similar opt-in feature provided by the platform, we will not store your content data for model training purposes.
3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We promise not to sell your personal data. We share your information only in the following necessary circumstances:
3.1 Third-Party Model Providers
Because Privnode is an aggregation platform, in order to generate the content you request, we must transmit your Inputs to the relevant third-party model providers, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and others.
Once data is transmitted to a third party, the processing of that data will be governed by that third party’s privacy policy. We strongly recommend that you review the privacy terms of the relevant model providers to understand their specific policies regarding data retention and training.
3.2 Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party companies to assist in operating the Services, including cloud hosting providers used to store data and run infrastructure, payment processors that handle credit card or cryptocurrency transactions, and analytics tool providers that help us analyze Website traffic.
These service providers are authorized to access your information only when performing specific tasks on our behalf and are subject to strict confidentiality obligations. They may not use the data for any other purpose.
3.3 Legal Requirements, Security, and Business Transfers
We may disclose your information if we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process or government requests, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Agent Velo, LLC, its users, or the public.
In addition, in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or restructuring, your user information may be transferred to a successor as part of the transferred assets.
4. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, such as under the GDPR or U.S. state laws, you may have various rights with respect to your personal information.
4.1 Access, Correction, and Deletion
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information, or request deletion of your account and related data, namely the “right to be forgotten,” except where we are legally required to retain the data, such as tax records.
4.2 Restriction of Processing and Data Portability
In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your data, or to request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format so that it may be transmitted to another service provider.
4.3 Withdrawal of Consent and Exercising Your Rights
For data processed based on consent, such as receiving marketing emails, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
If you wish to exercise any of the rights described above, you may submit a request by sending an email to privacy@privnode.com. To protect account security, we may require verification of your identity before processing your request.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
For Input and Output data, Privnode’s default policy is to process such data in memory only for the brief period necessary to transmit and process the request, and not to persistently store it in a database, except for necessary metadata records, such as Token counts.
The only exception is where you actively enable “history” or “debug mode,” in which case we will store your detailed logs for the specified period according to your configuration.
After you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, although residual data in backup archives may take longer to be fully removed.
6. Data Security
We adopt industry-standard technical measures, including Transport Layer Security protocols (TLS/SSL), encryption of data at rest, and strict access controls, to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
However, because internet transmission and electronic storage involve inherent risks, we cannot guarantee absolute data security. You are responsible for protecting the security of your account credentials, especially your API Key.
If you discover any potential security vulnerability, please notify us immediately.
7. International Data Transfers
Agent Velo, LLC is located in the United States. Regardless of where you are located, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or in the countries or regions where our service providers are located.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we will rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or other appropriate legal mechanisms to safeguard cross-border data transfers and ensure that your data receives a level of protection equivalent to that in your home country.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are strictly limited to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will promptly take steps to delete it. If you believe that we may hold any information about a minor, please notify us using the contact details below.
9. Third-Party Links and Policy Updates
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect business changes or legal requirements. Any material changes will be notified to you by email or by a prominent notice on the Website.
The revised Policy will take effect as of the “Effective Date” shown at the top of the page. Your continued use of the Services will be deemed acceptance of the updated Policy.
10. Contact Us and Governing Law
If you have any questions, suggestions, or complaints regarding this Privacy Policy or our data processing practices, please contact Agent Velo, LLC by email at privacy@privnode.com or support@privnode.com.
This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising from this Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
